MONTFORT S.A.S., which operates Unidad Educativa Bilingüe Montfort ("Montfort"), is responsible for the personal data it receives through this website, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. The Spanish version of this policy is the official one.
What data we collect
What you type into our forms: the parent's name, email, phone, the child's name and date of birth, level of interest, current school and, if applicable, the family who referred you. On the Careers page, your résumé. We also collect technical browsing data (pages visited, where the visit came from) to measure how the site performs.
What we use it for
- To contact you to arrange your visit and the admissions process.
- To send you information about Montfort that you requested.
- To measure and improve the site and our campaigns.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us run the site and manage admissions (web hosting, forms, CRM and messaging), under confidentiality agreements.
Children's data
An applicant's data is provided by their parent or guardian. We do not publish images of students without signed authorization from their parents or guardians.
How long we keep it
For the length of the admissions process and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection or portability of your data by writing to coordinacionadmisiones@montfort.edu.ec.
